We'll deploy on our existing Vercel org — I'll add you as a member today so you can ship the functions.

Perfect — that unblocks the skeleton. I'll wire up the deploy as soon as I'm in.

Turn any input into a plan.

However a project begins — a rough note or a finished PRD, a document or a conversation — Projectmaven reads it and turns it into a structured, trackable project.

Brief from our client Harbor Goods — a marketplace where local makers run their own storefronts: their story, their catalog, their pricing. We want a proper platform to replace the pop-ups and the basic Shopify page. Full details in the attached PDF.

Can we add weekly payouts for smaller makers? Monthly is fine for everyone else.

SK
Sarah KimToday, 09:12

Stripe Connect supports both — I'll default to monthly with a per-maker setting and unblock this.

§4 · Payment terms

Engagement is billed against the milestones in §3. An initial deposit of 30% is invoiced on signature; the remaining balance is split across milestone acceptance dates and due net 14 from each invoice.

Marketplace payouts to makers are processed via Stripe Connect. Maker payouts settle on a monthly schedule, with funds released 7 days after each order is marked fulfilled. Harbor retains a 4% platform fee per transaction, deducted at payout.

Expenses outside this scope — third-party services, paid media, or additional environments — are passed through at cost and itemized on the next invoice.

Can we add weekly payouts for smaller makers? §4 looks great otherwise.

Yes — Stripe Connect supports both. Defaulting to monthly with a per-maker setting.
